We're located at  3514 Plainfield, Suite C, Grand Rapids Michigan 49525. (Same building as Real Food Cafe, facing Plainfield)

 

You can park right in the front of the salon.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please arrive on time so we can provide the full experience you deserve.

Cancellations

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of future booking privileges.

No-Shows

No-shows are extremely disruptive to a small business. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit or result in refusal of future appointments.

Pricing

All prices reflect professional products, education, and time. Prices are not negotiable. Adjustments to services may affect final pricing.

Respect & Boundaries

Ember & Grace Salon is a peaceful, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not honor this space.
